"The bed was amazing, i slept well and that was the best part especially being jet lagged. The kids loved the breakfast spread so that was a plus. They really enjoyed their stay, im glad to have booked it and wouls definitely come again and recommend to friends."

"I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. The room was always cleaned to a very high standard, and any questions or assistance needed were attended to promptly. It was clear that the team worked hard at all times to maintain a clean and welcoming environment."

"Unfortunately, the loud music from other guests was disruptive. There did not appear to be any enforced noise limits, and on several nights the noise made it difficult for our one-year-old to sleep due to partygoers and loud speakers."

"We had a great stay at the Mercure. The location is perfect—it’s right on the route for all the tour bus pickups, and being in the city center means there are plenty of local food options at great prices within walking distance. The staff were easily my favorite part of the stay; they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service. The room itself was clean, the AC worked perfectly, and we enjoyed a nice poolside view. There is also a good restaurant downstairs and great pool/spa facilities (available for an extra fee). A few things to note when booking: No Elevators: There are only stairs. However, the staff is very kind and will help carry your luggage up for you. Accessibility: The showers are over a bathtub, so you have to take a large step in."

"Customer Service: The staff were fantastic, very friendly and provided good customer service from check-in to check-out. The Room: The room was clean and well-maintained. A huge plus was the air conditioning; it was powerful and kept the room perfectly cool, which is a must in Fiji. Location: The hotel’s location is excellent. It’s very convenient for getting around Nadi, whether you’re heading to the airport or moving between local attractions and the marina. Breakfast: The breakfast buffet was okay.it provided a decent, reliable start to the morning with the standard essentials."

"Limited Menu: The dining menu didn't have much variety. While the breakfast buffet was okay, the options for other meals were quite sparse. Bathroom Maintenance: My bathroom had a very strong smell of fresh paint, which was a bit overwhelming during the stay. Transport & Taxi Issues: Getting a taxi directly through the hotel was quite expensive as they seemed to overcharge. I found that if I hailed a local taxi myself or found a metered one, the price was much more reasonable."
