"From California and had a short 1 week trip in Addis Ababa, It was my 3rd time staying here and customer service is always great. The manager Kalkidan speaks perfect english and she's very helpful and quick to resolve any issues. The apartment comes with 24/7 security so its very safe. The Unit is very clean and has hot water in the bathroom. Being bug free and having hot water are 2 important requirements that helps to decide where I stay. Very spacious 1 bedroom which is a bargain for the price. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Addis Ababa"
