"Il check in anticipato (chiesto chiamando il numero che si trova facilmente nella mail di conferma della prenotazione), la casa pulita nonostante si trovi a La Graciosa (sabbia ovunque), ovviamente il terrazzo gigante con vista sul mare, il bagno con una doccia molto carina e la finestra, il fatto che la tapparella rendesse totalmente buia la camera da letto nonostante fuori ci fosse luce, la posizione centralissima e vicina a quello che ci serviva (supermercato, ristorante, noleggio bici), la vicinanza al porto, le istruzioni chiarissime per il check in, una bella cucina grande con frigo spazioso."

"L'unica cosa i cuscini erano un po' bassi e non c'erano altri cuscini da aggiungere (o almeno noi non li abbiamo trovati e onestamente, nemmeno abbiamo provato a chiederli mentre eravamo li). Ma il resto era tutto perfetto."

"It is a comfortable apartment in a quiet part of the town. The private terrace is excellent for sunbathing or eating outdoors. There are views of the cliffs across the straights and the volcanoes inland. It is an excellent base for lots of extended walks and climbs to the summits of the volcanoes. It is convenient for the two island supermarkets and the ferry terminal."

"There is a temporary builders storage yard alongside the property. Not particularly noisy apart from when a vehicle arrives to remove materials. The building opposite is having work done to add a story. A cement mixer was runiing every morning and builders were present. Both of these may be only temporary. The new build does block some of the view towards the sea and may overlook the terrace when completed."

"L'espace du balcon, un vrai four, et un grand frigol. Télévision connectée. Machine a laver. Bouteille d'eau et de vin offertes."

"Pas de minimum nécessaire (huile, papier aluminium, café, sucre, lessive...). La communication avec la personne en charge du logement n'était pas très agréable et manquait d'empathie. Ex: Avant d'y aller, quand nous avons vu la météo, nous avons voulu trouver un arrangement (décalage, remboursement partiel, etc.) avec un refus catégorique. Une fois sur place, nous étions coincés sur l'île car il n'y avait pas de ferry, aucun locataire n'était prévu le soir et même s'il y en avait, ils n'auraient pas pu venir sans ferry. Elle n'a pas voulu nous reloger et sa seule inquiétude était que nous quittions le logement à l'heure prévue, sinon cela engendrerait des frais qui auraient dû être négociés en amont et pas à notre convenance. (À savoir, nous avons plié les valises et sommes partis avant l'heure indiquée histoire de ne pas se faire arnaquer). Seul le fric compte"

"El apartamento está muy bien reformado y cuidado, es amplio y luminoso. Tiene una excelente terraza y está cerca de un alquiler de bicicletas. Tiene una dolce gusto y la nevera es de tamaño familiar. Dejan una botella de agua y de vino tinto de cortesía."

"La cafetera no tiene cápsulas de café de cortesía por lo que para una estancia pequeña tuvimos que gastar bastante dinero en café, yo hubiera preferido el café al vino. El menaje de cocina carece de tijeras. La limpieza de las zonas exteriores dejaba un poco que desear ya que nos encontramos una silla sucia, un cuchillo y un paño de limpieza justo en la entrada. Las sillas de la terraza estaban todas rotas."
