"Clean, spacious and well equiped two bedrooms unit. Good location and security at the entrance. 10 mins drive from the airport, but 15-20 mins drive to the airport. Negmet supermarket and Suncoty shopping mall are 10 mins walk away. However, Sun city is 90% empty space (closed shops) but has a food court in the basement with three restaurants - McDonald, Pizza and Grillatto (the bast of all). Nice coffee shop within the residential complex. To find the place on the Google maps you have to search for Blue Ocean Studios, which is the whole complex of which Prime Select owns some apartments."

"We did not like the customer service by the management. Firstly, one day before our arrival, the manager via What’s up requested a security deposit of 2000EP, which he said will be refunded upon exit inspection. Booking.com website does not list any additional deposits within the property policies. When we enquired, Booking.com advised us that all payments have been handled by them and no direct money handling should be involved. Secondly. As the entry to the apartment complex is through Ocean Blue Studious security, there was confusion on our arrival, until the Prime select staff arrived. The same happened at the time we were leaving at 4 am in the morning - the Ocean Blue Security did not allow us to wait in a lobby until our taxi arrived. They bluntly said - this is not a lobby for Prime Select and thus you must go and wait outside, on the street. It was more than annoying because for two days we were going in and out through this lobby entrance. Thirdly. We vacated apartment at 4 am, and we were directed to leave the keys next to TV. So we could not lock up the apartment, left it unlocked and afterwards kept thinking that anyone could have entered and make damage inside."
