"It is located in the quiet Viljandi suburb. Cute small rooms for short stays. Breakfast had all the main things (muesli, porridge, eggs, sandwiches, good coffee) you would want from an Estonian breakfast."

"Rooms could benefit from a bit of freshening up as the furniture, walls, and floors were worn out."

"We absolutely loved the beautiful garden that greeted us on the arrival. And the balcony! Lovely sunny balcony to chit-chat with your besties and watch the sunset. We also loved the absolute silence and peace at night, although our room was right next to the reception desk. Breakfast was nice and simple and everything was there for a good start of a good day! Even the kids dug into their morning porridge and jam with great appetite! Nice and homely place to stay!"

"The breakfast was good, tasty and complete. The balcony is so cozy and the garden is pretty. The place is quiet and peaceful. The room had a TV with access to some HBO programmes. The host was very kind and efficient."

"Asukoht veidi kesklinnast eemal, kuid autoga liikudes täiesti vastuvõetav. Mõnusalt vaikne eramajade piirkond. Peremees oli toredasti ukse peal vastas ja juhatas tuppa. Tema antud soovitus ujumiskoha osas oli suurepärane - mõnus õhtune ujumine Karula järves. Saime väga vahva rõduga toa, millelt avanes vaade imelisse tagaõue (purskkaev!) ja millel oli mõnus õhtul raamatut lugeda. Meie suureks imestuseks õhtul sääski ei olnudki :) Hommikusööki me ei tellinud. Toas oli külmkapp, kuhu sai hommikusöögi tarbeks kaasavõetud jogurti panna. Kui taas Viljandisse satume, võib meid üsna suure tõenäosusega taas Felixi majast leida. Aitäh!"

"Vannitoas võiks olla midagi, millega vannitoa põrandat kuivemaks tõmmata. Kui käid duši all, siis on kogu põrand märg ja WC kasutamisel saavad jalad märjaks. Akendele sääsevõrgud, sest iga päev ei pruugi sääsetu olla."

"Хорошее месторасположение . Очень красивая , ухоженная территория. Прекрасный , радушный хозяин . Можно купить дополнительно завтрак за небольшие деньги, который приготовит сам же хозяин. Очень вкусно!"

"La gentilezza, l'ospitalità e la cortesia! Arrivati alla struttura nel tardo pomeriggio ci viene comunicato che in realtà non esiste alcun supermercato vicino ed non avendo nulla da mangiare dietro (e mezzi per raggiungere un alimentare), la proprietaria si è resa immediatamente disponibile nel preparaci una gustosa cena. In serata decidiamo di fare una doccia, ma l'assenza di acqua calda, causata dal consumo delle persone precedenti, ci ha creato un piccolo problema. Ma ecco che interviene nuovamente la proprietaria che, scusandosi più volte di un errore non suo, ci ha gentilmente ospitati in casa sua e fatto usare il proprio bagno. Ottimo, lo consigliamo davvero!"

"We liked the place very much. Convenient location within 2 minutes of drive from Otepää but at the same time you don't feel like being close to the town. Unique landscape for Estonia with hills around, fresh air, starry sky at night - what could be better! The house was clean, well maintained. We are sure that the owners love the place and take care of it. We are very thankful to them for hospitality and opportunity to have good relaxation in the countryside. We'll be happy to come again hopefully for a longer stay."

"We stayed at this ranch-style home with friends - three families with children. The house is incredibly spacious, with enough space for everyone. The atmosphere is absolutely enchanting. Horses roam freely and often come right up to the terrace while you're having breakfast or dinner - it feels like something out of a movie. Friendly neighborhood dogs and cats wander through the property and even come inside to play with the kids, which made the whole experience feel warm and welcoming. One of the highlights was the chance to ride the horses - the children were absolutely happy. There's a deep sense of peace and calm here - no noise, no rush. It's the perfect place to unwind, reconnect, and let the kids explore freely and safely. The host was kind and helpful. We’re already planning our return next year."

"This is a wonderful, "ecological" place in an impeccably ecologically clean area. I recommend it for both winter and summer holidays. Two large bedrooms can comfortably accommodate 6 people. There were five of us. A wood-fired sauna and grill complete the leisure options."
