"Rooms were nice, really big, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and staff were helpful. The jacuzzi was great. Nice location with great views of the waterfall"
"Pool and jacuzzi didn’t open till 2pm in the week was a bit of a shame. There were also young children using the indoor spa facilities when we stayed (despite their being signs saying it couldn’t be used if under 15 and there were plenty of staff about)"

"Excelente el tamaño de la habitación incluyendo su cama con sus múltiples capas de colchas para arroparse. Tenia un parador pequeño para colocar los objetos y mochilas. El baño contaba con agua caliente al girar la perilla derecha con la izquierda al ser el de frío regulaba que tan caliente uno deseaba. Excelente servicio a la habitación, incluso proveen con más rollo de papel higiénico en caso de requerir. El hotel y sus lugares aledaños son muy tranquilos y seguros. Igual uno debe ser precavido para evitar cualquier situación. La dueña del hotel responde casi inmediatamente si se presenta una novedad."
