"Hotel arredato in modo molto particolare ma elegante, camera molto grande, SPA e piscina graditissime, colazione servita molto buona. Staff molto cortese ed attento."

"The breakfast was very good and the view from the dining area was beautiful. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The spa area is beautiful. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well taken care of."

"The room we had was very nice but the lighting was not that good. some additional lamps in the room and a couple of electric heaters would have made the room more comfortable . while the restaurant staff and spa staff were very attentive there did not seem to be en ought help at times."

"It wasn't an issue for me but it's a bit of a distance from the hotel to the city center, a 25-minute walk - always upward. Of course, you can always hop on a cab if you don't feel like walking."

"The property and grounds were beautiful and serene. My sister came down with a bad cold, and the front desk organized medicine delivery for her from a local pharmacy, which was very helpful. The spa was quite nice and relaxing, and the breakfast was incredible. The room was spacious and very cozy."

"The town of Baños is ~30 min walk away, so you can opt to take a taxi. Other than that, the stay was very comfortable."

"La cena de masa buffet del 14 de febrero, poco variada y demasiado congestionado el restaurante. En la piscina piden usar gorros y está excelente para mantener la higiene, pero muchas personas no lo usan y el personal de la piscina no dice nada."

"My daughter and I stayed at Anaconda Lodge for 3 nights. The atmosphere is very relaxed and the facilities are excellent, especially given the remote location. We really enjoyed the included tours into the rainforest as well as the tubing. I was glad we'd stayed at a smaller lodge than the other larger ones available, i think it's a far better way to experience the amazon."

The location is excellent, and because the hotel has only a small number of rooms, it feels very private and peaceful, perfect for relaxing and enjoying some quiet time. Room was beautiful, comfortable, with all necessary amenities. The swimming pool area is absolutely lovely and a great place to unwind after a day of exploring. One of the highlights of my stay was that the hotel has its own boat, which made it incredibly easy and enjoyable to take boat tours and visit the beautiful islands nearby. It was a fantastic advantage. A special thanks to the reception, incredibly helpful, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The owner is also a very kind and warm person, which truly adds to the friendly and personal atmosphere of the hotel. I would happily return and highly recommend it."

Had a lovely little garden with hummingbirds the staff were really helpful and intentive!
