"Mi è piaciuta la stanza, pulita tutti giorni, la biancheria, il letto comodo, acqua temperata bene, la gentilezza di Carlos, ti aiuterà a soluzionare tutto con simpatia, il tour che ci ha aiutato a trovare è stato bellissimo. L'ambiente dell'hotel è intimo. C'è sempre acqua disponibile, caffè e tè."
"Mi è piaciuta la mia permanenza, se proprio devo trovare qualcosa da dire è che internet nei piani superiori prende poco. Ma basta scendere in reception."
"Carlos was very helpful and answered promptly every time we asked for suggestions or advice on what to do in Isabela. The room itself is decent size with good AC and well running hot water. They have a fidge at reception and are happy to store small items there if you need them to. They provide a laundry service and clean the room daily. We spent 7 nights here and it was great!"
"If it had a small fridge in the room it would have been perfect and the hot water you have to be careful with as it gets very hot but like I said, we really liked the place and would come back here."
"The hotel is a few minute walk from the beach, very confortable and was ready by the time we arrived, even befit the check-in time."
"The breakfast is served in a restaurant in front of the hotel. If you need to have the check-out early because of a tour or a ferry to another island they won’t offer a lunch box, as it has been offered from the other hotels we stayed in Galapagos."

"We had such a lovely stay at Hotel Starfish. The rooms were comfortable and clean and it was a quick walk to anywhere you wanted to go. One of the best things was the amazing service by the staff. Carlos greeted us when we arrived and made sure we had the best time. He had so much information and helped us with tours and organizing activities. He was even so kind as to help us organize tours for our return to Santa Cruz. He truly made our stay spectacular!"
