"Posizione super centrale, a due passi dalla piazza Vincente Leon. Intorno ci sono banche, farmacie, negozi di vario genere e ristoranti. La camera era molto spaziosa e pulita. Lo staff ci ha conservato gli zaini mentre eravamo a fare il nostro Quilotoa Loop (così abbiamo portato solo l'essenziale). Colazione abbondante e buona."

"The location was great—close to the main square and just a 10-minute walk to the bus terminal. The staff were extremely friendly and even stored our luggage for free for three days. Breakfast was standard for Ecuador, and the place, while old-fashioned, was clean."

"During our stay it felt a bit like an abandoned hotel, with only one staff member handling both breakfast and check-ins, though things seemed much livelier and fully staffed when we returned for our luggage."

"Hotel felt a little dated, temperature in rooms a little cold at night too, light from the outside streetlamps poured into the room all night. We had dinner at the on site restaurant, and, although the food was good, the service was appalling and we had to wait an hour for our drinks, which only arrived with the food! I suspect the restaurant was short staffed that evening. General level of service of local staff (shared between hotel and restaurant), although friendly, was relatively poor by Western standards."

"Good place to stay before the Quilotoa trek, walkable from the bus stop. They stored our bags 3 days for free. Good breakfast."

"Great location, in the city centre. 5 minutes (1.50 USD) from the Bus terminal. We stayed two nights and we went for a day trip to Quilotoa by public transport. The staff was very friendly and helpful."
