"I really liked my stay at Bella Loja. Staff were super friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect - close to the center but still quiet at night. I highly recommend staying here."

"Hotel staff was gracious and accommodating throughout my visit. Most of the staff members went above and beyond to deliver a high value experience in every aspect of guests' needs. That is the theme by which they operate the hotel. The value for money is exceptionally good. The location is walking distance to any point of interest, shopping, restaurants, and interesting architecture in central Loja. To me, the hotel is a destination. The experience was that good that I would purposefully return to Loja just to stay at the hotel."
"I tried the breakfast the first morning and did not enjoy it. Breakfast is available at a small fee. There was nothing served that I enjoyed. However, I saw the breakfast was generally well attended by a large number of guests."
"The breakfast was pretty standard but nice and fresh. The bathroom is great. The shower has one of those waterfall shower heads and the hot water is plentiful. And I think the staff is wonderful. I plan to stay there whenever I am in town."

"We enjoyed our stay at Loja bella. The staff was very nice and helpful, they offered an excellent service! We arrived at 7 am and they allowed us to enter the room and had a room prepared for us so we could rest after a long journey! The breakfast was also delicious and cheap! We would recommend this hotel to anybody looking for an excellent service for a fair price! In addition it is close to the center, less than 5 minutes walk! And it is located in a safe neighborhood."
