Camera grande e pulitissima, con letto super comodo e ottima doccia. Migliore dormita che ci siamo fatti in Ecuador! Ottima colazione anche! Consiglio questa struttura al 100%"

Il responsabile super disponibile sia che tu voglia sommergerlo di domande per avere informazioni, sia discreto se preferisci un viaggio piu in solitaria. struttura sopra ogni aspettativa. recuperata una classica abitazione a corti interne con giardini curati e molto silenziosi. camere immacolate e colazione SUPER. ogni mattina differenti specialità' tutte curate e abbondanti....ed un caffe che rinfranca. Essendo nel centro storico a piedi si arriva ovunque."

"Il soggiorno nell’hostal di Franco è stato semplicemente perfetto. La struttura è stata ristrutturata con grande cura ed è tenuta benissimo. Ogni dettaglio è curato e l’ambiente è accogliente, pulito e ben organizzato. Inoltre, la posizione è ideale per esplorare Cuenca. Ma ciò che ha davvero fatto la differenza è stata l’ospitalità di Franco: sempre disponibile, attento e pronto ad aiutare. Le sue colazioni sono strepitose! Mi sono trovato così bene che ho deciso di prolungare il mio soggiorno più del previsto! Consiglio questo posto a chiunque voglia sentirsi a casa lontano da casa."

"Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare presso le Fabrique due notti durante il nostro viaggio in Ecuador. Il B&B é stato recentemente ristrutturato ed arredato con grande gusto e si trova in una zona strategica per visitare la città di Cuenca. L’host, Franco, é stato eccezionale e sempre attento. La colazione offerta è stata indubbiamente la miglior colazione di tutto il viaggio, superando ogni aspettativa. Un'esperienza indimenticabile che consigliamo vivamente."

"The host waited for our late bus to arrive in the middle of the night and even gave us food when we couldn't find any at that hour. They're both extremely welcoming and friendly in an authentic and personal way and not in an artificially professional sense. The surroundings, the rooms and the food is tremendous and most importantly: great affordable coffee. 10/10!"

"Here we enjoyed hospitality at its best. I was quite surprised by the score 10 when we booked this hotel but now I understand. It is just perfect. Not only the spacious, well and beautifully designed suites, the convenient location, but especially how Franco makes every single person feel at home. It starts with the greeting at the door, how he thinks of little details at breakfast, buying chocolate corn flakes for our 4 year old son and chicken sausage for us since we dont eat pork, how he answers all our questions whitin minutes via Whatsapp, how he is up at 6am to say goodbye. I could go on and on. I am in hospitality myself and have a new role model. Grazie dear Franco!"

"Maybe the only added value could be adding a cusion or some sort of soft fabric to the back of the beds as they are quite hard."

"Everything from start to finish was amazing. The owner was friendly, helpful and generally a nice man. The bed and room were very comfortable. Location perfect - right next to the square and tram (but the rooms are set far back in the property so it’s perfectly silent). Very nice looking accommodation"
