"uno degli hotel al mondo piu belli e ben organizzati n cui sono stato. Decisamente un must per chi deve visitare quito per turismo o business"

"Ottima posizione e struttura sia nelle parti comuni che nelle camere. Colazione di gran varietà e buona qualità."

"Avevamo prenotato (pagando di più) una suite executive con accesso alla lounge…ma la lounge era chiusa (pare da tempo)…e il prezzo non è cambiato. Inoltre al check in ci hanno detto che la colazione non era compresa…abbiamo esibito il voucher di Booking e hanno subito fatto dietro front. Infine un piccolo appunto alla conciergerie: abbiamo chiesto di chiamarci un taxi e ci hanno dirottato su un’auto che staziona sempre davanti all’hotel che ci ha preso 10 dollari per andare nel centro storico…al ritorno e nei giorni successivi lo stesso tragitto con i taxi normali e Uber ci è costato 3 dollari…"

"Camera grande e ben arredata. Bagno grande. Posizione logistica dell hotel ottima. Ottima assistenza alla reception. Ristorante al 17 piano con vista magnifica su Quito - Ottima scelta di qualita´del menu´. Il buffet a colazione molto ben fornito."

"Avvisare i clienti che almeno un ascensore su 4 funziona senza usare la chiave magnetica nel scendere al lobby. (In caso di malfunzionamento o smagnetizzazione della chiave stessa al rientro in camera)."

"Overall very good experience. Great, new building, amazing breakfast with breathtaking views at the 17th floor, a very good bar at ground floor,,excellent stuff to accommodate any need. A very nice souvenir store at ground floor."

"Noise insulation. We got enough noise from the street even we were leaving on the 8th floor, facing the avenue. I guess rooms on the other sides are more quiet. One star down because of the noise. Otherwise perfect stay."

"The housekeeper came at around 7:45 am and woke us up asking if she could do housekeeping. We also needed a taxi to come back from dinner back to the hotel and we called the number on the website and nobody answered."
