"Communication with the owner was fantastic and we were given very clear instructions on how to enter the property and our apartment. The apartment itself was very well laid out with everything we needed. We ended up using the sofa bed and had to ask for additional sheets/blankets and the host sent someone right away to sort out what we needed which we really appreciated! WiFi here was good. This apartment was one of the best values on Santa Cruz."
"We had hot water our first night and a cold shower on our second night...not sure what happened to the hot water but it was not really a big deal. The apartment is a 15 minute walk from the kiosk street and 20 minutes from the harbor so just something to keep in mind if you have booked tours."

"Die Zimmer sind groß und gut ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage war gut, am letzten Tag ging sie allerdings kaputt. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich. Wir mochten den Hund, aber wer Angst vor Hunden hat, könnte Probleme bekommen."
