"The hosts are very helpful and available. We had to get to a médical clinic and Scarlet even offered to drive us there. Great spot, awesomely decorated common spaces (with cute little parakeets and small parrots all around). You can sense the attention and care put into everything."

"1. Nelson, who helped us during our stay, was a truly lovely and kind person. His smile made me happy every time we saw him. 2. The hot water was really hot, and I thoroughly enjoyed my showers. 3. The hotel has a beautiful rooftop with a lovely infinity pool, seating area, and tanning benches. 4. They have pet turtles! While spending time on the rooftop, you’ll see turtles slowly and freely walking around. As an animal lover, this was a big bonus for me. 5. The common kitchen was clean and well maintained. I enjoyed making my tea and coffee there. 6. The hotel is very well cleaned overall, which I really appreciated. 7. They have their own generator, so even during a power outage, you still have electricity."

"1. I booked the room through Booking.com, and the listing photos were quite different from the actual room we received. The pictures showed a spacious room with a king-size bed, but we were given a small twin room instead. 2. We had a small issue during check-in regarding payment. We believed we had already paid by credit card at the time of booking, but upon arrival we were asked to pay in cash. We eventually sorted it out, but this could have been easily avoided with clearer information beforehand."

"Super Lage, ein sehr schöner Strand mit VIELEN Palmen und viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe! Die Ausstattung der Zimmer und die Küche waren top und die Leute vom Hotel sind wahnsinnig nett 🤩 1 Punkt habe ich abgezogen wegen der nervigen Papageien, die ziemlich laut waren. 😅"
