The three-and-a-half-star Resort Ontario has a 150-year tradition and boasts a unique and quiet location above the famous Mill Colonnade, right in the center of Karlovy Vary. All rooms have a wonderful view of the city or the greenery. The comfortably spacious rooms offer a seating area, a flat-screen satellite TV, a wardrobe, a small fridge and an electric kettle. Complesso Alberghiero Ontario has a camera-guarded private car park right next to the complesso alberghiero building. We offer accommodation with pets. Please note that the accommodation with pets up to 15 kg is possible with an additional charge of 550 CZK per night and over 15 kg with an additional charge of 800 CZK per night. A buffet breakfast is served each morning at the luogo di soggiorno from 07:30 until 10:00. Restaurants, cafés, mineral springs and spas are just steps away. A surcharge of 20 EUR applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

"The room was very big, like an Appartement. It had three rooms more or less - a big bed/living room, an anteroom with a little kitchenette with a kettle, mugs and plates and also a fridge and a very big bathroom. It was very cosy and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. We slept very well. We also liked the breakfast - it was very delicious and every day another range of food. On Valentine's Day they had Palatschinken with hearts printed on it - very lovely. The hotel is almost in the City Center and above the Mühlbrunnkolonade with a lovely view. We really recommend this hotel!"
"We liked everything! Maybe a drying rack directly next to the bathroom sink and a more flexibel shower hose. But that' really complaining about first-world problems."

"This our second stay in Hotel Ontario and hopefully not the last one! We loved the hotel, staff, location, cleanness, breakfasts- everything. It gives you the feeling of being at home! We arrived exhausted from the night flight and the Administrator (the man with noble appearance and same type of attitude was very kind to allowed the early check in since there was available room. This saved our day! He also took into consideration all my preliminary requests about the room features and location. Later he helped to book the glass workshop tour, which looked to be soled out on all websites. And since I had to work online until late on the check out day, he also was so kind to let us stay later after check out in the lovely salon at the lobby, where all facilities are available. We both admire this hotel and its staff- thank you for your attention and attitude! hope to return!"
