"Siamo andati in un gruppo di 9 persone, €70 a testa totali per 4 notti, un affare unico. Villa a 3 piani, grande e spaziosa. Spa in camera parco privato posto per l’auto assistenza H24 (avevamo avuto un problema con il condizionatore e subito sono arrivati). La posizione è perfetta (15 min da ayia napa e da tutte le cose da vedere e fare). La consiglio a tutti che siano in viaggio in 4-9 persone. Ci ritornerei ? Assolutamente si e penso ci ritorno l’anno prossimo (quindi non prenotate a maggio grazie hahah)"

"Great for the price we paid but in summer months very expensive and understandable if all the equipment worked ie no puck for air hockey pr table tennis balls overall needs a bit of updating and things are starting to look a bit worn like loose tiles around pool and broken tiles around bar just little things really which we didn’t mind but if I was paying £8k a week in high season I’d be slightly disappointed it overall we loved the few days we had there"

"It was an exceptional experience - a big, very clean, very comfortable villa equipped with everything you could imagine—jacuzzi, sauna, table football, Xbox, karaoke, e-game machine. Our teens were happy:) Very good and comfortable kitchen with many appliances and cutlery. Zorbas supermarket is within walking distance. And last but not least - the self-check-in and check-out process. You don't have to wait for anyone, but if you need something, your problems are solved immediately by phone."

"The property was an easy waking distance to both the bars and restaurants in Protaras and the beach, the apartment was equipped with everything you could need. The kids loved the table football and air hockey table and the slide into the pool was a hit. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Great villa stocked with plenty of water bottles and a washing powder and dishwasher tabs. Lovely modern kitchen with lots of appliances. Outside area was great with a fab pool. Amazing location close to the beaches and bars, restaurants and shops. Loved that we (5 of us) all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms."

"Some areas in the villa were a bit ‘tired’ particularly in the bathrooms where taps were very loose or sinks plugs not working. One of basement bathrooms was not very nice with poorly finished workmanship. There were 4 safes in the villa, all not working and even though reported, we didn’t get the replacement safe until after our departure."

"This was our 5th time staying at the Seafront Villas — and we absolutely love it! Villa 13, in particular, is truly heavenly. The view is magical, and the facilities make the stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. Our kids had a blast with both the pool and the variety of games available at the villa — including the trampoline, basketball hoop, and foosball table. There’s something for everyone! A huge thank you to Alisa, the Guest Relations Manager, who was absolutely wonderful and so helpful with everything we needed. And Gretta, the massage therapist, was simply amazing — we all thoroughly enjoyed our massage therapies to the fullest. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!"

"Overall, my experience was very positive. However, I encountered a significant issue with loud music coming from the next house, played by young people until around 4 AM. This unfortunately prevented me from getting any sleep that night."

"Lovely clean villa 3 minute walk to the sea and Zorbas bakery! Hot tub and sauna were great. Everything you need is there, including bottled water in the fridge."

"Only 2 hairdryers which we had to hunt down but a quick message to Pepa in housekeeping got it sorted. Hot tub still had sand/dirt in the bottom"
