"Pool was a brilliant size. Multiple bathrooms is brilliant when you have a family. Brilliant location. Private gated estate is good."

"On suite shower becomes VERY slippery which resulted in a fall. Recommend shower mats to prevent this in future. Pool lights didn't come on."

"The property was lovely, very clean upon arrival with all facilities one would need. The location was fantastic, just a short stroll to the beach and very safe in a gated community. A BBQ was provided, which was a brilliant addition to the stay. The host kindly let us check out late, which took the stress out of travelling. In addition, the family taxi service looked after us throughout our stay - nothing was too much trouble, they were very kind and friendly and the service was extremely quick (with the taxi always less than 10 minutes away!). We would highly recommend Dimitrina’s villa to anyone looking for a lovely relaxed holiday in sunny Cyprus"

"Bellissimo appartamento nel pieno centro di Nicosia parte Cipriota all'interno di un palazzo residenziale dove c'è un grosso studio di avvocati. Noi avevamo una Suite Superior che sembrava un appartamento arredato con gusto e di alto livello. C'era veramente tutto a disposizione e la gentilezza del proprietario il Sig. Nikos veramente squisita. Si trova a pochi passi da Ledra street e da altre zone di attrazione e nel quartiere ci sono bar e ristoranti di ogni tipo. Anche un parking a pagamento a pochi passi a € 3 per 12 ore."

I proprietari, Irina e suo marito sono gentilissimi, disponibili e premurosi, pronti a esaudire ogni richiesta. Ci hanno accolto con un kit di prodotti di benvenuto: biscotti, salumi, latte e succo per fare un ricco spuntino all'arrivo. La posizione a due passi dal mare, spiaggia ideale per bambini."

"Superb views from the delightful 6th floor balcony over the marina and the bay of Larnaca. The apartment is very well located with the intercity bus stop just around the corner and the coastal promenade with its historical attractions, restaurants and bars just a short stroll away. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The pre-arrival information and communications were first rate, the best we have encountered on our extensive travels. We would have no hesitation in booking again if we find ourselves back in Larnaca."
