"L’appartamento e’ carino e se ami arredamento cinese e’ molto caratteristico …. Soprattutto il Letto in legno e’ anche molto comodo per dormire.. cucina abbastanza ben attrezzata! La vista sul mare e’ incantevole e consente di superare alcuni punti negativi… Personale molto gentile e disponibile a venirci incontro per piccole necessità! Comodo il parcheggio anche se per accedere occorre telefonare ( ma sono molto veloci ad aprire)!"

"Purtroppo è insopportabile l’odore cattivo che sale dal bagno … derivato dalla colonna fecale e dagli scarichi del ristorante cinese sottostante che appartiene alla stessa proprietà’ . Si dovrebbe approntare un rimedio perché non si può sopportare. Entrare nel bagno è un impresa complicata per il cattivo odore e anche fare la doccia ( non siamo riusciti ad azionare acqua calda) . Non molto gradito inoltre e’ l’ingresso della luce nella stanza al mattino dalle tapparelle veneziane in plastica e dalla cucina … Un po’ di cura in più non mancherebbe anche nella manutenzione delle veneziane che in una finestra non salgono e scendono e impediscono parte della visuale laterale"

"The terrace offers an unforgettable view. We were there in winter and we were very pleased that the terrace was sunny in the morning and during the day and there was no wind. The location is great. There are no conditions for serious cooking in the apartment. The supermarket is 50m from the apartment, it is well equipped and the prices are reasonable. On the floor of the supermarket there is a restaurant with cheap cooked food, with delicious salads, sandwiches and cakes so we did not cook. There are many restaurants and fast food in the street, bus station is near. Due to its location, terrace and large bed, the apartment deserves a high rating."

"The bathroom is old and not so clean. Towels and sheets had stains. The walls are very thin, so you can hear everything from the neighboring apartments. There is no ceiling above the kitchen area, but there is a plastic canopy. When the wind blows very hard during the winter, it can be felt in the room. Also, when it rains it is very loud. The toilet door is difficult to close and needs a deep cleaning. Our stay in the apartment left a good impression on us. We are adaptable, and we like contact with nature the most, so this accommodation provided us with what we like the most, the smell of the sea, the sun, a beautiful view..."

"Parking was hard to find in the complex car park, and to enter the car park was via boom gates which made it difficult as you had to go to the Chinese restaurant to ask them to open the boom gates, no remote/card was provided to open the gates."
