"Prado es una persona excelente, hemos disfrutado de nuestro viaje de ocio y hemos tenido algo más que un alojamiento, hemos tenido un hogar. Se ha preocupado en todo momento que estemos lo más agusto posible, y nos ha encantado todas las comodidades que tiene la casa, ha sido muy cercana y eso lo valoramos mucho, nosotros vamos a repetir, superaron nuestras expectativas, así que si estás en duda, entre dos alojamientos, ni te lo pienses, ven a la Casa de Campo de Prado."

Being low season, the property was not fully staffed, this reflected a little on the general upkeep of the common areas.

"Nice place with a few cottages. There is a place to sit outside, grill etc We stayed in the room for 3 people, it was clean. Nice place to spend holiday, no issues. Beach is approx. 1,5 km (there is one closer, but not very nice beach)"

I think that all negatives are already mentioned in the previous reviews, but: - water smells (however my husband drunk it and had no issues) - kitchen could be more equipped (at least something for drying of dishes would be nice) - darker courtains will be nice, i saw light from opposite cottage all night

"Good place to stay during biking trips. Close to nature, very quiet place. It is far away from shops and restaurants, but host is happy to help you with eatables and drinks."

"I like the facilities, near all the attractions and also the rooms were clean and the atmosphere was nice. Thomas and their family were nice people and provided us with comfort during our stay. Breakfast was good, the price was accessible for all the accommodation they offered. I saw the have some delicious pizza as well, maybe I'll try it next time. You can also take a relaxing fishing time here, which is a good activity."

I wasn't able to connect to wifi from the room, so that was a bummer. Also the TV didn't display anything, I couldn't connect any device either. So this may be a growing opportunity. Also, even though I enjoyed breakfast, I think it could be included fruit as a side

"The Eco Guest House is located in the owners estate. The chalet type accommodation had the living area and bathroom downstairs whilst the upstairs there is one bedroom with a queen bed and two single beds. The setting is absolutely wonderful for nature lovers. We did a bird touring with Wendy(the host) which was great and without her we wouldn't have spotted many of the birds. The balconies are great to sit and relax in and enjoy the bird life."

"Fabrice was an awesome host and staying at the house felt very authentic. As for all of Raiatea, it is important to know that you should rent a car as otherwise you would not be able to really enjoy the island. Since the house does not have walls or air conditioning, of course, there are mosquitoes and it can get very hot during the day. But this is clearly laid out in the description of the accommodation and I would consider this being part of the experience. There are multiple fans in the house. Make sure to bring and put insect repellent."

The army of roosters in the neighborhood holding their nightly crowing competition from 1 am to 5 am :-) Earplugs or noise canceling headphones are highly recommended.

"Struttura complessivamente molto bella e ben tenuta, circondata da un panorama tra valle e ghiacciaio. Colazione varia e abbondante in un salone molto caratteristico con vista piacevole."

Il soppalco della camera arredato a salotto è bello da vedere ma di fatto è inutilizzabile sia come stanza che come deposito bagagli a causa dell'altezza ridotta e dell'accesso difficoltoso.

A small table or something to sit at would be nice in case you want to play cards, etc.

"Gli spazi sia interni che esterni permettono di sfruttare la casa in maniera adeguate alle esigenze di ognuno. Il balcone con vista sulla montagna, è spazioso con tavoli e sedie. La prima camera da letto è enorme e comoda, la seconda è su un soppalco. Condizionatore silenzioso e paese tranquillo. È possibile accedere ad una piscina, non grande ma gradevole."

La cucina potrebbe avere qualche accessorio in più.

"The place is very nice, downhills there are shops , uphills there are restaurants) Pepper valley is 30 min walk from the hotel. Administator Anastasiya is a very polite lady. And the person appointed for the service of the outside territory is nice as well."

Some of the staff ( not all) are rude. It is connected with their lifestyle and misunderstandings which appear when people ask for some things. Some do not understand that in a room there needs to be evth for eating and drinking even if a person eats out. In the best room of the new building still there is no fridge inside the room. However, the place for it exists as the furniture provided has particular space for it. The communication problems may occur so it is better to negotiate every single detail as the view of the relax may differ.

"Il Camp è situato a circa 40 minuti di auto dalla capitale ed altrettanti dall'aeroporto. E' molto difficile da trovare ma la struttura offre un servizio di navetta che consiglio di usufruire. Per il resto la struttura è spartana ma pulita, con colazione abbondante. Molto gentile il proprietario e la sua famiglia. Consigliato per chi vuole vivere un'esperienza particolare in una tradizionale tenda mongola."

"Unico rispetto al resto delle costruzioni in valle, fa capire come potesse essere tempo fa la zona, oggi un po sfruttata. Camere ampie. Servizio ristorante rilassato, buona qualità. Suzi eccezionale manager. Vicino ai percorsi hiking and bike, a mio parere posizione perfetta."

Manca l ascensore, del resto è un hotel antico ristrutturato. Purtroppo da segnalare che i percorsi hiking and bike non sono ben segnalati, anche se l hotel fornisce una mappa fai da te.

"Colazione sontuosa, posizione onestamente un po fuorimano ma grazie allo staff la cosa non si sente assolutamente, A parte un disguido iniziale sul pick-up dalla stazione dei treni, lo staff, in particolar modo Ahmed, è stato di grandissimo aiuto, in particolar modo perche una delle nostre figlie si è ritrovata malata e la flessibiltà nella gestione sia dei tour che dei tempi è stata encomiabile."
