"The staff were amazing looking to solve the concern with the noisy pub outside of our window. they moved us the next day to a quitter room. communication was very good via WhatsApp and personal face to face. room was very comfortable and clean. bathroom was the best with hot showers. 3 blocks from some very good restaurants and bars"

"The room is spacious, clean, and well-lit. The air conditioning is a must-have these hot days in Medellín, and the balcony is lovely for relaxing after a long day of walking. The morning shift staff is exceptional; we requested airport transfers and arrived super fast. Thank you! 😃"

"Foret Lofts is simply amazing! We wished that we could somehow transport this place to every other city we visited. It's located in a slightly quieter part of the bumping Laureles neighborhood, just a block or two away from all the busy restaurants, bars and coffee shops. There's a large grocery store a few minutes walk away. The area felt totally safe at night, and we weren't disturbed by loud music or rowdy people. The suite itself is almost brand new and felt absolutely luxurious compared to everywhere else we stayed in Colombia. Amazing hot shower, great air conditioning, nice towels, comfy bed, storage space -- very little room for improvement. 24 hour desk with a secured entrance and kind staff. A free water cooler and coffee in the lobby. Very reasonable price for such a great location and amenities. They let us check in early at no extra cost."

"There is an alarm system (?) in the hallways that beeps constantly, like every 2 - 5 minutes all night long. If your room is near the elevator this could drive you insane. It's not an issue if you wear ear plugs, but it's hard to understand why they have this. I would not recommend paying extra for the balcony suites. The balcony itself is nice, but the glass is very thin and it allows extra noise in from the street. The hotel is surrounded by several auto shops that are at work early in the morning."

"Gute, zentrale Lage in Laureles, in sicherer Gegend. Wir konnten das Auto kostenlos in der Garage unterstellen. Die Zimmer (mit Kochzeile) sind groß und sauber. Leider wurde nachts lange ein Fußballspiel gefeiert und man kann einen schmalen Teil des Fensters nicht schließen (nur eine Jalousie, kein Glas). Lauter Straßenlärm auch ab den frühen Morgenstunden. Service freundlich und hilfsbereit, ein Fön konnte problemlos ausgeliehen werden. Metro, Restaurants etc. fußläufig zu erreichen. Gute und günstige Taxi-Vermittlung."

"La atención del personal fue excelente. Una de nosotras llegó muy temprano y le ofrecieron inmediatamente la habitación sin pagar por un early checking. También tuvo problemas con el cambio de moneda en el aeropuerto y en el front desk se ofrecieron a ayudarla, pagando el taxi y cargando el monto a la cuenta del hotel. Todo muy bien. No tenía paraguias y me prestaron uno."
