"L'hotel è a 3 minuti dal centro di Hanga Rao. La struttura è molto semplice, poco curata e non di certo pulita ma in linea con l'offerta dell'isola. Colazione essenziale, poca offerta: va bene per un caffè al risveglio: oltre al caffè ci sono due fette di prosciutto e del misero formaggio. Per mangiare qualcosa dovete uscire e l'offerta dei locali a 3 minuti è squisita. Se siete con bambini eviterei. Il personale è delizioso: Gonzalo ed Anita sono estremamente disponibili: prenotato escursioni, taxi esi fanno in quattro per aiutare i clienti. Il pick up andata e ritorno dall'aereoporto è offerto incluso nella tariffa."

"Atmosphere of the island is all around the hotel. Loved it. Big bathroom. Great fruit for the breakfast. Wifi working in the lobby very well."
"The hotel was under some minor reconstruction, so it was quite loud because of the workers. Not enough daily sunlight in the room."
"The staff were what made our stay so great. They helped us out with booking trips around the island, include a sunrise visit of the Moai statues and an evening Rapa Nui cultural dance show. They were always friendly, smiling and helpful. Our room's air conditioning worked very well, so we were able to sleep well."

"It was a very relaxed place with large communal spaces, a bit like being at home. The staff were friendly and helpful and I would recommend the day tours which can be organised from there. Airport transfers were included and breakfast was good. It's a very short walk to the main street so it's very convenient. The hotel maybe older but it represents good value for money."
