"Siamo arrivati all'albergo verso le 23:30 dal traghetto Castro - Chaiten. La titolare è stata gentilissima e l'accoglienza è stata ineccepibile. La stanza è stata riscaldata con la stufa a legna e sebbene stesse piovendo e la temperatura era bassa non abbiamo sofferto alcun disagio. Abbiamo chiesto di poter fare la colazione alle 8 e ci ha accontentato. La colazione è stata una delle migliori che abbiamo mangiato fino ad ora in Cile. Non era a buffet e tutto quello che avremmo voluto era già stato messo a tavola. Notevole la disponibilità e la accuratezza dei servizi. Altamente raccomandato per coloro che arrivano con il traghetto da Castro."

"The location is good; if you need to catch the ferry, it's close. The temperature drops at night, but the good thing is that it has a fireplace."

"The accommodation needs updating; the carpeting is old, and in one of the rooms, an extension cord is hanging from the wall."

"The rooms are not too big and the furniture is quite old. Still it is very clean and the breakfast has a wide selection. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The price is fair for the region."

"The owner is a gem. Her home is amazing. Loved my weekend here. Could use the kitchen. Always access to hot water to make drinks. Breakfast is amazing. (Although food not covered!) bedrooms lovely, beds comfy. Shared bathroom ok, but can get time delayed if busy as only 1 bathroom/toilet for 3 beds rooms/10 guests. Lovely log burner when going. Location good. Lovely little town."

"It was in a quiet area. The chaiten ferry port is across the road. The lady, Dhoria is so lovely! Provided an excellent breakfast."

"The room is spacious, clean, comfortable and absolutely cosy with the wood stove which also keeps it very warm. The landlady Doria, kind and friendly, served a delicious breakfast, everything fresh and tasty. About the location, I can just say that it is few minutes (by car) from ferry terminal"
