"L’acqua della doccia passava da caldissima a freddissima, ci voleva molto tempo per regolare la temperatura , per il resto gli ambienti erano puliti ottimo e veloce il servizio di lavanderia e avevamo la camera con vista vulcano"

"I loved the kitchen, and overall the place was really comfy and nice. At night a salamander stove was turned on to heat up the place, and gave extra cozy vibes to the entire house. The staff was really attentive."

"The room could have a few hangers for your clothes, especially important for rainy days."

"The location is perfect, just a short walk away from the center. We had a double room with our own shower in the downstairs. The shared kitchen had all the necessary utensils for cooking, and the terrace upstairs has unobstructed view of volcan Villarrica. The owner was very helpful, she gave us lots of information about all the natural wonders around Pucón 😊"

"Carolina, the host, was very informative. I stayed for 2 nights and followed her recommendations for restaurants - both were very good. My stay was unrepresentative in that nobody else was there. The hostel is very well-equipped and comfortable. It was warm, with a log burner. I came by car , so location was not so important, but it isn't far from the centre. Very importantly, it is a quiet location and the bed was incredibly comfortable."

"The shower is built in a way that water was coming out (the curtain)and the points of interest in the town are a little far by foot (about a 20 minute walk)"

"Carolina, the host, was really nice and always available for questions and infos. The location was no too central but still good enough to reach by foot. Kitchen was really well equipped the external area was nice and cozy with a great view on the volcano."

"Warm welcome from Carolina. The bed was comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked. The kitchen was very clean. The view of the volcano from the first floor common areas was lovely."

"The hostel is a bit outside of town and I walked right past it at first. More signs would be a great help! Carolina comes as needed and quickly but not having a reception to turn too was a problem for me at times. My room was very dark because it was on the north side and overshaded by trees. Also it is minimally furnished with no chair and no hangers so most of my things had to stay in my suitcase."

"The hospitality from the owner of the hostel and cleanliness of the rooms and shared facilities. The owner Carolina was very helpful and was often present during the day. She gave a lot of good travel information what do do, see and where to eat in Pucon. This was one of the cleanest hostels I have been to and you feel welcomed during the stay."
