"Hotel in posizione fantastica proprio direttamente sul mare , con piscina e terrazza ricavate nella roccia, il silenzio interrotto solo dal romantico rumore delle onde e dai versi dei pellicani Camera con letto enorme e confortevolissimo, e terrazza con splendida vista sul mare, da cui poter gustare un aperitivo ammirando il tramonto sull’oceano Ristorante con vetrata e splendida vista , ottima cucina e varietà di piatti, ottima e abbondante colazione Personale gentilissimo, comodissimo parcheggio gratuito disponibile, posizione ottima a breve distanza d’auto sia da Viña del Mar che da Reñaca"

"Posizione fantastica soprattutto se si ottiene una camera con vista al mare. Vicino alla città eppure fuori dal traffico e difficoltà di spostamento."
"Camera piuttosto piccola per una copia. Insonorizzata perfettamente con l’esterno è molto male con le camere di fianco. Bagno datato e piccolo e con abbondante perdita d’acqua. Ci hanno poi spostato la seconda notte in una camera molto più grande, comoda e con vista mare"

"Il check io alle 16:00 é tardi e non flessibile non ti danno la possibilità di accedere alla camera prima nemmeno se é pronta , per chi viaggi é molto scomodo. I membri dello staff non hanno una buona comunicazione tra loro abbiamo dovuto ripetere più volte le nostre richieste."

"Wonderful seafront location with fantastic views. Swimming pool with views over the sea. Comfortable room. We valued access to hot water for tea and coffee. It was very reassuring to have staff watching the car park 24/7"
