"La struttura è molto bella, immersa nel verde e costituita da 3 strutture, a loro volta suddivise in 3 camere ed 1 spazio comune. Le camere hanno tutto il necessario per il soggiorno, i letti molto comodi, il bagno perfetto! Lo spazio comune ha oltre ad una zona relax anche una cucina utilizzabile. Il ristorante è veramente all'altezza! La colazione abbondante e molto buona. I pasti cucinati in maniera ottimale e con ingredienti freschi e genuini. La piscina è delle giuste dimensioni con pietra naturale e cascata. Molto bella!"

"La posizione non è molto comoda per raggiungere il villaggio: è necessario un taxi oppure una camminata di circa 30 min. Durante il ns soggiorno non erano presenti le biciclette (sarebbero state utili)."

Breakfast was good and food at the restaurant excellent. The tours organised with an excellent guide who did her homework to provide a lot of information."

"Some details need to be worked out: The coffee is just horrible and the hotel should invest in a proper coffee machine. The towels in the bathroom need a little bit of softener. Laundry is fine but ironing (particularly of shirts) is not."

"Very minor things that could be improved like one more senior staff, one or two breakfast items (understandably that coffee is not quite up to standard but while everything is varied and very good, the bread is not - and there is bakeries with decent bread etc...). Description on Booking is a bit misleading, my room as such did not have pool view, not a problem since the garden is gorgeous but it could be better described"

"We stayed for 3 nights and our expectations were exceeded. The hotel is in a good location for exploring the whole island. Our room was in a great position, overlooking the pool, was comfortable and air conditioned. The hotel’s garden, food and cocktails were all brilliant. A taxi into Hanga Roa was only 5000 CLP. We hired a car from the hotel for the day so we could explore ourselves. We then had a half day excursion with a brilliant guide the following day. She was the president of (I think) the tourism board in Rapa Nui. Learning and seeing the Moais was definitely the highlight of the trip."

"We were told that the restaurant and bar was open from 1300 to 2200 daily. My only criticism is that on our final evening at dinner (we sat down approximately 2120 after watching the sunset at Abu Thahai) we were told that cocktails could not be served; only beer and wine. This is clearly not much of an issue but I was rather looking forward to a cocktail that evening (they were very good). I noticed that there was only one member of staff on duty. Perhaps she did not know how to make them or did into have time? Otherwise a fantastic stay and I would thoroughly recommend to others."

"The hotel grounds are STUNNING. Some of the most beautiful scenery we have ever seen. The local culture shines through everywhere from the grounds to the room and more. We loved the free bikes provided as it made the distance into town manageable. Fantastic breakfast - the warm croissants were superb."
