"The bedroom was outstanding with great views across the lake to the volcano. It was furnished tastefully and had a modern Scandi feel. The staff were all very attentive and welcoming. The restaurant was good serving a very good breakfast. Activities were laid on and good bikes and kayaks were available for our use."

"Attentive friendly staff, beautiful setting. Huge, well appointed rooms. The excursions made our stay, Alan was fantasticly knowledgeable and made us at home. Good breakfast, lovely pool. Decent food on site but also within 20 mins drive of town if you fancy something else."

"All in all, nothing. Its everything you could ask for in a resort hotel. If being critical, the outside pier area seemed a bit neglected considering the number of staff to go down and tidy (fire pits dirty, cobwebs) but everything else was spotless and we would love to return."

"Located in a very tranquil and scenic setting, just over an hour from Puerto Montt airport. Lovely to be based on the water’s edge. The architecture is cool. Beautiful views from the rooms. Service was exceptional and very attentive and friendly. The spa was closed during our stay, but the hotel organised a free trip to thermal baths including lunch for us. Our driver was very friendly. Our room featured a jacuzzi bath which was good. Food was delicious, we were on half board and the breakfast and dinners were excellent. Excursions to self guided hikes nearby were easy. Shop was a nice surprise. Huge comfy bed. Very kind about our babymoon."

"They didn’t inform us until close to our arrival that their annual maintenance was scheduled during our stay (May). The spa was closed throughout our stay (they did make up for it though), and there was some noise during the day into the early evening for room refurbishments. WiFi coverage and speed was not that amazing in some rooms. We changed rooms and it improved. Bedrooms in need of some maintenance (which was ongoing) - stiff doors, plumbing fixtures loose."

"Difficult to know where to start. The design is amazing, which is no surprise as the owners are architects and interior designers. You can see that influence very clearly. The room was amazing - the layout was perfect and the views are unbelievable. Showering in the massive rain shower whilst looking at Osorno Volcano was special. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and clearly loved working there which is a always a good sign. You felt that they really cared. They have many activities on offer with excellent expert guides employed by the hotel. The restaurant is also excellent - breakfast and dinner was top class. The spa was fantastic - treatments were very reasonably priced but top class and the facilities were quality. Just all round faultless, really. We didn't want to leave."
