"Very comfy large room Well set up with a kitchenette We chose the ground floor room so we have a patio and a little garden. Pilar is super friendly and helpful. She recommended good restaurants and a walking tour. Please join the walking tour with Cerro 47. Very informative and funny. Our choice of breakfast was delivered to our room every morning. Thank you fir having us"

"This is a delightful hotel full of character and well located for sightseeing around the streets of Valparaiso . My room was very comfortable with a kitchenette and every morning Pilar kindly brought me a lovely fresh breakfast and gave me suggestions for places to visit which made my stay there extra special. Thank you to all at the Augusta and I’d love to come back again"

"Top floor room definitely worth booking if you can. Unrivalled views across the city and bay. Quiet despite the best location for exploring the Cerros. Super host who is very clear on the best areas to visit and those to avoid. Helped with onward plans and walking tour. This was our favourite spot and hotel in Chile"

"There isn’t any air conditioning but actually the rooms didn’t get overly hot. There wasn’t a safe but again that wasn’t a major minus for me. This is in the middle of a city and like most of Chile, there is a lot of dog barking at night after dark for a few hours."
