"Si può considerare un boutique hotel, nonostante la posizione infelice su una strada principale, che toglie un po' di magia. Le camere sono splendide, molto ben insonorizzate, profumate e complete di tutto. Gentilissima la ragazza al check-in: ha voluto un corso accelerato di italiano :-) A pochi minuti d'auto dal centro e dai supermercati Nanaimo vale assolutamente almeno mezza giornata a passeggio per il lungomare, per la old town e per i parchi verdi."
"E' necessaria l'auto per ogni spostamento. Se fosse più vicino al lungomare, sarebbe una struttura da 10 (pur senza il servizio colazione)"

"Late night check-in. Ady was awesome! They are committed to customers. I'd definitely recommend this place. It's one of the only places that has the ability to allow you to check in after staff has left in the Namaio area. I'd go here first every time! Lots of amenities in this area. "Self check in with door pin number, we did not see any staff at the hotel. Some instructions in the email on how to do the locks would be helpful. It's a black screen, we just tapped everywhere till it turned on lol"

"The sound insulation on the door to the suite was quite poor. Being located on the highway, you get a lot of road noise coming in, it sounded like the door was cracked open even when closed and locked."

"We chose the location for the small kitchenette; which was there. However, there were pans but no stove? Therefore, in the end we used our camping gas stove in the garden. Furthermore all great."
