The location is perfect — within easy walking distance to town and local amenities — and the convenient shuttle service made getting around effortless. The pool and spa facilities were immaculate, clean, and absolutely beautiful. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Queen’s Landing delivers elegance, comfort, and exceptional hospitality. "The only recommendation I would like to make is regarding in-room amenities. While coffee was provided, there was no tea available. As not all guests are coffee drinkers, offering both tea and coffee would better accommodate guest preferences. For a prestigious hotel, this is a basic expectation. I was working late into the night and was disappointed to find no tea available, especially as room service had closed at 1:00 a.m. Addressing this small detail would further enhance an otherwise excellent guest experience."

"Loved the pool & hot tub. Very clean hotel & getting a rose on our bed every night was so nice. The restaurant was expensive but with the free shuttle service is was easy to go to other restaurants."

"The buffet breakfast was the best one I've had in the Niagara area. The staff was phenomenal, so friendly and attentive. The room was gorgeous, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The fireplace made the room very cozy. The entire hotel was beautiful."

"The door in the shower in our bathroom didn't fully seal so we had to really watch that the water didn't hit that side of the shower."
