"Very clean, the receptionist very proactive and kind. Very good breakfast - buffet, the chocolatines & croissants were very fresh ( even warm). Nice view from the sauna, we enjoyed the inside pool and the Finnish bath outside. Thank you!"
"Pool. Would be great if the pool were open 1-2 hours more, not just from 9 am to 8 pm, but I assume it's related to stuff availability. Family room description. Not an issue for us, but the description of the family room shows and says 1 queen ok ) + 2 bunk beds (so, you expect to see 4 single beds, in fact there are only 2 single)"
"Was able to make breakfast in the Chalet. It has a small kitchenette with very basic appliances and supplies. This is good for families. It has a small porch out front which is nice in good weather. Chalets are spaced out nicely so there is some privacy between them."
"Chalets are very basic. No TV and no wi-fi. No housekeeping in the chalets. Would have preferred one of the proper hotel rooms. Had to empty the garbage myself by bringing it down the road to the dumpster. Need to carry luggage and supplies from car to chalet as parking isn't always that close to your chalet."

"Property has been modernized. It's clean and generally comfortable. Good location. Lovely views but not walking distance from town. Staff very friendly and responsive. Nice lounge area and indoor pool."
"It was a between seasons weekend, and the restaurant was closed. Other than the continental breakfast, there was no food or drink available. This meant driving for meals in town. Note: in addition to other hotels, some restaurants and shops in Sutton also closed 'between seasons" in November. We were given a "family room." Main bedroom was quite small, and price elevated as we were only offered a "family" room with a bunk bed separated from main bedroom by a wall. Would have been ok for a family with two kids, but for a couple using only the "larger" space it was cramped. Bed filled most of the room, and we were charged the rate for the full four beds.....Do not recommend this for couples. However, due to the fact that other hotels closed for this "off season" weekend in November so this one was full, we had no option. Suggest the hotel offer this room at a lower price for couples, if there are no two person rooms available."
