"I read the reviews that talked about the cleanliness and the condition - we were okay. Yeah, the beds weren't uncomfortable and things were outdated, but everything was clean and it gave us a place to stay for the night that was relatively cheap. The couple next door to us lock their key in their room, and the owner was immediately available to unlock the room for them. No fuss, no trouble."

"It was a place to lay your head for the night. Bed was comfy, owner welcoming and friendly."

"It was not cleaned well, drywall dust everywhere. Ice bucket broken, no shower curtain. Complimentary bar soap old. No working heat. I'm not sure of a/c, although it looked newer. Furnature left something to be desired in rough shape. In saying all this, it looks like these are new owners trying to make a go of an old motel, which I grant them probably is not easy. We, however, paid more than what I would like for what we got, which is what it is. Im sure in the coming future it will get better. It seems a lot of rooms are under renovations. Be kind always 💛"

"The person at the head office was very, patient, welcoming and knowledgeable."

"The bed's mattress was not comfortable at all, and I realized this just by sitting on it. Also it was placed on what looked like a home-made wood support. I stayed in another motel two days before for the same price but better all round. For my stay here, the quality was missing for the price paid."

"The location is very quiet and peaceful. The staff are very helpful polite, positive. They were very receptive and accommodating very nice."

"The managers were so nice, and super helpful. I needed a can opener, and they lent me one- also suggesting that I might like some spices to enhance my bean salad. They gave some some, which transformed our humble dinner! They also gave us an extra towel, when we asked for one. The furniture was very comfortable."

"The room has no coffee maker, and no place close by which sold coffee. Luckily, we had our own coffee, filter, and cups. We microwaved the water, so were able to make it work."

"The management were really nice family, and helpful. I do think if they put some money into place replace furniture and clean it up a bit it will be a nice motel."

"Establishment needs work. It scared me when I saw cords from tv, lamps and my clap hang done on electric heaters. While everything was clean there were only 2 dry small pillows on each bed."

"There was ice in our parking space making it treacherous for bringing our belongings in from the car. Asked the attendant to clear it or at least sand it. He said he would but never did. . Room was shabby with mismatched scratched up furniture. Curtains wouldn't cover the large window, exposing us to the motel parking lot. No heat was on in the room. Took the entire night before the heaters took the chill out. Bathroom stunk from cigarette smoke. 20 mins for any hot water to come from the shower. No hair dryer. No coffee or tea. We discovered after the fact that the motel is well known locally for drug activity and has had several violent incidents there. We would rather sleep in our car than to return there."
