"It was rather confusing trying to locate our room. We carried baggage up stairs to next floor because there appeared to be no elevator. We later found an elevator, almost hidden in back area, hardly any signage. Eventually found our room by going through a fire door to find an extended hallway where room 130 was."

"The banging at 7:15 am in the morning. It sounded like a roter router or drill in the bathroom beside or above us. No worries as we were already up at 7 am. Front desk didn't know what it was, but maybe pipes or AC banging."
