"The Inn itself is so nice and cozy! They have done a fantastic job making the place feel like a home. There is a common area for lounging and a kitchen area that is well stocked in case you want to make a home cooked meal. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Fern for your hospitality 😊"

"Kitchen was very well equipped. Very good common area and comfortable bed room. Grocery store across the street. Botwood Air Museum very interesting . Although building looked a bit rough on the outside, inside was great. Highly recommend staying here. Although some rooms shared a bathroom, we had our own."

"I booked a room with the shared bathroom – I don’t have a problem with that, and I appreciate being able to pay a little less. There’s also a shared kitchen and lounge. The kitchen is well equipped and provided with basic condiments. Place is very clean, recently painted, and well painted in pleasing colors and careful work. Bed was comfortable and staff was helpful. Highly recommend. Newfoundland is very beautiful, but it is an expensivePlace to travel and I appreciated this place."

"This place is not for everyone but it scores very high with us. It is scrupulously clean. The room was quite small but adequate. The shared kitchen has excellent facilities for meal preparation. The showers are down the hall but clean and completely adequate. There was only one other guest while we were there in November so it was like having the place to ourselves. We enjoyed breakfast in the common room dining area and it was very pleasant. We watched a movie on our computer in the lounge and were very comfortable. The staff, both in the restaurant below and the cleaning staff were helpful and cheerful."

"The sign had burned out on the outside sign so it was difficult to find at night in the rain."

"I realized the rooms did not have air conditioning. An electric fan was how provided in the room. An air-condition system would have been preferred. However, given the price I guess this is Okay"
