"Dominic’s welcome, advice and conversation. Beautiful property and grounds. We were travelling without a car. At first we thought this would be a problem but it wasnt! On Dominic’ssuggestion,we walked from Nabitunch through the fields and along the river bank into the local town in about 30 minutes. Here there are coffee spots, a good lunch place ( Bennys), an adjacent bakery and well stocked supermarket. The Mayan ruins are across the river and just another mile of walking but uphill so best visited early, when cool. We also took a taxi to Belize Botanic Gardens which is a lovely quiet place. Worth taking a guided tour. Dinner was great value."

He is truly a man of the world: open-minded, interesting, and very engaging to talk to. He takes genuine interest in his guests, while at the same time giving them enough space and freedom, which creates a perfect balance. Conversations with him were always enjoyable and intellectually stimulating. We always felt welcome and could count on him whenever needed.
