"Cottage ben tenuti, rinnovati da poco. Ambienti molto puliti e attrezzati di ottime zanzariere e impianto di climatizzazione. Parcheggio interno al cottage è un altro elemento di pregio. Il personale davvero gentile e disponibile, ti accoglie con il sorriso. Menzione particolare per Daniel, vero tutto fare della struttura, gentilissimo e simpatico. Pregiò assoluto avere incorporato l’unico bar ristorante della zona di Alice Town!"

"The rooms were very clean and had everything we need except for dish soap to wash our dishes daneil and pea he's were amazing !!!!"

"Property has food and beverage on site. The staff is very accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the room clean."

"The parking on property was limited causing inn guests to park across the street due to the restaurant/bar traffic. The back deck area could use some fresh paint."

"Daniel was an excellent host. Even drove us to the airport early next day. Room is clean and everything worked. We stayed in Pineapple room that also has small kitchenette with oven and range. Amazon fire TV was available. Bay Inn was the nicest place in town."

"Communication was not always crisp. We stayed on a Monday. Apparently it’s like a Sunday back in the U.S. and many businesses were closed including the on site restaurant. Hours were not posted so we had no idea."

"Hotel accogliente e molto tranquillo, ideale per chi ama la pace e la tranquillità. Per raggiungere Nassau basta prendere il pulmino difronte all' hotel, dollari 2,5 a persona, gli autobus sono il 10e il 12"

"The entire experience exceeded my expectations. The owner was very courteous and accommodating. The unit that I stayed in was beautifully decorated with a modern flare. There were two sitting areas as well as a very spacious backyard. All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will most definitely book with them in the future."

"The property is amazing (it’s honestly the best hotel I’ve seen on the island). It is not right on Pink Sands Beach - which is anyway less than a 5’ walk away - but that can be a bonus if, like us, you don’t want to be right in the middle of the beach hustle and bustle. Not all the rooms have sea view; you might want to be discerning at the moment of booking; all of them though ensure privacy thanks to the double gazing windows and face the lush communal spaces which are pink dotted with a delightful colonial style. The staff is superlative - we had an issue caused by booking through a third party provider, but the local manager handled it gracefully. All of the people on the property were really caring and warm, from the receptionist, to the pool attendants; a special thanks goes to the bartender. The food by BH restaurant is simply delicious and I can’t recommend enough trying the experience."

"Simple, but good food served. It is a kind or remote place, so do not expcect fancy menu. Staff are friendly and helpful. Gorgeous hikes on the island. Beautiful, secluded beaches that you can only reach by boat or after 45 min walks. The small beach in front of the premices is nice too, and you can swim or paddle (kayak or SUP) to a bule hole where you can see lots of exotic fish. Behind the resort, the beach on the ocean is beautiful, but the weather was too windy (big waves) to swim safely,"

"The Cocoplum was adorable! It was set back of a beautiful home detached, with its own entry. Access was great, and the amenities were spot on. We don’t stay inside our places when we travel, as we like to explore but coming home each day to this place was a treat for sure"
