"L'host è stato super disponibile. Ha risolto una serie di problematiche iniziali in tempi brevi. Ero in contatto su whats app con l'host che rispondeva in tempi record per qualsiasi cosa. Organizzano tour, ti prenotano taxi affidabili. L'alloggio si trova in una zona non centrale, ma meglio così dato il caos e il traffico del centro. In 20 minuti di taxi si arriva in centro"

"Come dicevo ci sono state delle problematiche iniziali come un odore di gas nella stanza che proveniva dalla stufa. Una volta trovato il problema ce ne hanno fornita una elettrica e staccata quella a gas."

"La struttura è molto carina, con una bella cucina in comune perfettamente attrezzata e pulita , una bella terrazza, e un'incredibile collezione di film in DVD. Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile: avevamo l'aereo di notte e ci hanno lasciato la disponibilità della camera x tutto il tempo che desideravamo."

"Purtroppo l'acqua calda non funzionava, e questo è un demerito soprattutto per città fredde come La Paz!!!"

"Very friendly and helpful staff with great value for money. We were able to check in outside of reception hours and were granted a very late checkout on our final day as we had a late flight. The room comes with ta DVD player and plenty of DVDs which was great for lazy days acclimatising."

"The staff are very friendly, welcoming and flexible. Happy to help with absolutely anything. The rooms are great, great beds, clean bathrooms. Breakfast is 5-star! Lots of fruit, eggs, delicious bread, cereal selection, granola bars, cookies and muffins. There's an outside terrace to drink tea in the sun. Lovely location too, very safe and family-friendly neighbourhood, a nice plaza nearby with lots of food options. Bonus - they have a huge DVD collection to choose from!"

"The lady who is taking care about everything is very nice and helpful. The room is spacey with many windows (would be even better if to reduce the amount of wardrobes). Quite position however close to restaurants, shops and cable car station."

"Very pleasant host who helpfully stored our bags for free prior to us going to the Amazon. She works very hard and seems to run it all by herself. Loved the little dog who we quickly befriended."

"Rooms were a little dark, and our heater didn’t work. We asked to have it replaced however this didn’t happen."

"Great hostal, amazing owner who helped us with everything including treks, taxis and leaving bags! I can’t fault our stay other than we wish the restaurant/wine bar was open!"

"Very nice host who let us check in early after a long bus journey from Unuyi. Laundry service available at the property. Hot shower."

"Reception only open 8-4 which is restrictive if leaving early for tours etc. We ended up having to do a bank transfer to pay for our room as the reception was closed whenever we were at the property."
