"The staff, like all local people in Santa Cruz, are incredibly warm and friendly. I had an excellent stay given it was my first time in Bolivia. Good, basic breakfast included. My favourite part was the swimming pool."
"The hotel is not new and that's a little difficult to ascertain when just looking at the photos online. If you are expecting something fancy you will be disappointed. Any minor reservations I had about the age or condition of the rooms and facilities were easily forgotten because of the incredibly friendly and kind service."
