"Colazione abbondante e di qualità. Camera confortevole. Personale gentile e disponibile, il gestore parla italiano, e con lui abbiamo conversano piacevolmente. Ci ha fatto cucinare espresso dei porcini locali. Hanno perfino cucinato e servito la banitza, sapendo che e il mio piatto preferito!!!"

"The location is in the forest and the view is superb. We decided to stay here because of its location very close to the 7 Rila lakes hike and chairlift. The staff was very nice and friendly, even though they didn't speak English, we managed to understand each other using Google Translate :). Breakfast was very delicious. The room was a bit small (we hardly managed to accommodate 2 suitcases) but clean and cozy, and the bed was comfortable. There was a good quality service versus a very reasonable price - the villa and the rooms look very well and the location is superb."

"This family owned hotel is very charming. We decided to stay here because of its location next to the 7 lakes hike. It met our expectations for the conviennent location but also surprised us with an amazing customer service, a rich and tasty breakfast and restaurant for the evening. The price is really low for all the amnesties included ( jacuzzi and spa). There is also plenty of space for parking which is convenient. Overall, I’m really happy with my experience at villa ema and will come back for sure."
