"The property surpasses easily its 3 stars and I would really like to dismantle some false complaints that I’ve seen here. The rooms are spacious and clean, btw, cleaning is done on a DAILY basis. Staff is nice and answers swiftly and polite to ALL requests. Pool facilities are clean and pay attention to toddlers needs as well, water was WARM enough ! Breakfast is quite DIVERSE and may satisfy all tastes, it provides around 20 types of food and smells fresh. The alley from the main road to the complex, unpaved, it’s true…but nothing about DANGEROUS or posing a risk to DAMAGE your car…seriously? Are you people only driving on tiles?"

"The hotel is in the quiet part of Sunny Beach (actually, in between Sunny Beach and Sveti Vlas) and the beach is quite close, just 10 minutes by foot. The staff is really kind and helpful. The room was clean and housekeeping kept it that way. The food is also quite good. The wifi was good and we didn't have any problems with it."
