"Posizione perfetta a 10 minuti a piedi dal mare e a 3 minuti dal centro pedonale. Stanza silenziosa e con bel terrazzino"

"L'hotel è ben situato, posizione ottima nel centro di Varna e a 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. La struttura è ben tenuta e la nostra camera era spaziosa e pulita. Lo staff è sempre presente e fa attenzione costantemente a chi entra nella struttura. Solo gli ospiti vi posso accedere. La colazione è semplice, non ci sono tante cose da scegliere ma comunque siamo stati soddisfatti."

"l'ascensore nuovo, quando ho soggiornato 7 anni fa non funzionava, le dimensioni generose della camera, la colazione a scelta tra dolce o continental, la dotazione della camera con frigo, bollitore con bustine caffè e zucchero, clima, 2 terrazzi, e molte finestre con buona oscurazione, la pulizia buona"
"la vasca idromassaggio non era in ottime condizioni, ho preferito non usarla, il wc scomodo(il coperchio non era della misura del vaso), l'ora del check-in troppo tarda, dalle 14:30, avrei preferito dalle 11:00, in modo da mettere le proprie cose in camera e poi andare tranquillamente a pranzo."

"Love the location of this hotel. Very close to the busy pedestrian zone which takes you directly to the beach. Plenty of restaurants and other food options in the immediate vicinity. The room was amazing, spacious, and clean with all everything we needed, as well as a lovely, very large, terrace/balcony."
"Unfortunately even though we paid for a room with a spa bath, the bath leaked all over the bathroom floor when we attempted to fill it. So we couldn't use it at all. (we notified the hotel as soon as we found out). Also the television wasn't tuned in to the channels so we couldn't watch it. (we didn't notify the hotel as it wasn't really a problem for us, just a small inconvenience)."
