"Good location on seafront. Room large with all facilities including a balcony. Water and toiletries provided. Excellent breakfast and waiter was extremely friendly and helpful. Lovely lobby bar. Would definitely consider staying again."

"Unfortunately in winter the on site restaurant closes early so we had to eat out elsewhere, the website said open until 11pm but it closed very early due to few customers. It eould be helpful to have up to date information on website or in the room."

The staff is friendly, the breakfast is acceptable, and the parking is fairly spacious with a reduced fee for Mistral guests. The hotel also has a restaurant with a sea view, offering special dishes."

"Some things are worn, like the carpet and towels, and the room light is weak and yellowish. Instead of a fridge, there is a cooler, which doesn’t cool very well. In the evening it can be noisy from nearby buildings. But cleanliness is good every day. If you can accept these minor issues, it’s a great place for a nice vacation in Balchik."
