"The view is amazing, right onto the sea front. Literally a couple of minutes walk to the beach. I stayed in one of the large apartments which are downstairs from the reception. The room was immaculately clean and very comfortable. The terrace was a good size with a paved area plus grass, so there would be plenty of room for a group of people outside at the same time. The bathroom was a very good size and the shower was always nice and hot."

"The kitchen is a decent size with plenty of storage but I would really have liked a hob of some kind as you can't cook everything in a microwave. Some of the lights are on motion sensors, which was okay for me on my own, but it would have irritated me if I'd been with others, having the light go on every time someone got up in the night."

"The hotel is superb. It's located near the south beach, there are no noisy restaurants around. Daily cleaning of the room with regular change of towels and sheets. The view is amazing, food is delicious and more than enough. There is parking spot, but there is no elevator (not a problem for us) 🙂. Staff is very friendly and smiling."

"The view from the room was great! The hotel is super clean, the mattresses are good, and the breakfast brought me back to my childhood, simple but tasty. The South Beach of Kiten is less than 7 min away, Center of town - 10 min. Air conditioner worked perfectly and we had the most gorgeous terrace ever. Loved it!"

"Met all of our expectations. Adequately sized bedrooms with wardrobes to put our stuff in, large living room for spending time together. Washing machine was useful with children. Well equipped kitchen (hint: if you're looking for cups or a corkscrew, there are hidden inner drawers inside the drawers :-)) with a dish washer. Air conditioning in almost every room (one bedroom does not have it but it's adjacent to other bedroom and leaving the door open between those two resolved it). Three bathrooms, a spacious terrace and a balcony, clothes drying rack, etc. etc. Kids tremendously enjoyed the shared pool and the shared community area with table football. We sometimes even got problems getting them to the beach :-) The caretaker living at the site was friendly and helpful."

"The hotel is in the last respectively in the first corner of the Bulgarian Black Sea's coast with a view to the sea and to a lighthouse. The room is calm, clean well equipped and also has a huge balcony. Who finds it necessary can also watch tv via satellite. The beds are comfortable and huge. The restaurant in the house provides also a satisfying breakfast served with a smile. The staff is kind and helpful. The check-in is as easy as it can be. Thanks a lot; my absolute recommendation."

"We had an easy communication with the property owners, splendid view of the see, right in the front line with one of the best sun rises you can see here, I think. Also a clean sand and a clear water! If you came by car you can easily park here. The complex has a big secured parking space!
