"Famiglia di 4 persone + 1 amico, tutti maggiorenni in visita turistica in Bulgaria. L'hotel è facile da trovare, esteriormente è esattamente come nelle immagini su booking. Alla reception sono gentili e il check-in è molto rapido. Parcheggio privato gratuito con posti sempre liberi. La camera matrimoniale è piccola ma pulita, con minifrigo ed aria condizionata. Gli altri hanno invece alloggiato nella minisuite, una bella soluzione abitativa grande e con vasca da bagno, divano e poltrona, comoda ed ad un piano alto con ascensore. Wi-Fi funzionante, impianto di condizionamento ottimo, pulizia generale tale da potersi spostare a piedi nudi per tutto l'hotel senza sporcarsi. Bravi!"
"La posizione vicino all'aereoporto ne fa una soluzione di passaggio per chi necessita di un punto d'appoggio prima della partenza, e questo a lungo termine ha fatto sì che alcuni servizi non siano attivi, ad esempio sauna e massaggi. E' lontano dal centro, dai supermercati, dalle attrazioni della città. Ma in auto si raggiunge tutto in pochi minuti."
"The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even I did not speak much Bulgarian, we still managed to sort everything out. The receptionist even ordered a taxi for me, which took less than 5 minutes, because it wasn't working via my app. I'll definitely stay again, whe I have an early morning flight."

"The house was a renovated original old Bulgarian house with nice folkloric decoration and amenities. The lady who received us was very warm and responsive, she even bought special bread for my husband who has diabetes. Thank you, Minka! The room was quiet, very basic but with all necessary equipment. The bed was comfortable."
