"Amazing place - cozy, big rooms equipped with all stuff we needed. We even had two bathrooms! It was two air conditioners as well, but room was cool enough even during hot days. Big balcony with table and chairs was nice for evenings. Pool is big and clean, we were able to find place to sit either on sunny side, or in shadows. Hotel is located in quite place, but bus stop was on next street and main square was close enough. Hotel is located a bit on a hill, as whole Sveti Vlas, but route to beach is not that steep if you use Car Simeon street. And i also should mention stuff - very friendly and helpful!!! I highly recommend this hotel to stay."
"the only one minus i can find - there were no kettle :) but we used coffee machine to prepare coffee and hot water for tea. So actually it is not a real minus for such great deal :)"

"The house was a renovated original old Bulgarian house with nice folkloric decoration and amenities. The lady who received us was very warm and responsive, she even bought special bread for my husband who has diabetes. Thank you, Minka! The room was quiet, very basic but with all necessary equipment. The bed was comfortable."
