"I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share my experience. First and foremost, I must commend the staff for their exceptional friendliness and helpfulness. They truly made my stay enjoyable. The rooms exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and cleanliness, and the overall service was great."
"However, I did encounter a few issues that could be improved. I noticed there were no slippers provided in the rooms, which meant I had to walk barefoot after showering. Additionally, I faced some difficulties with water drainage after showering and often had to mop up to prevent water from spilling into the room. Lastly, while I understand the menu primarily features fast food, I was hoping to see at least a few traditional African dishes included. Despite these minor issues, I would definitely recommend your hotel and would consider staying again."
