Bed & Breakfast in Grecia

"Easy access to town in c 10 minutes, quiet location, fabulous mountain views with a great sheltered outside seating area. Shared kitchen, laundry and lounge were ideal, well equipped kitchen with double dishwasher and large fridge capacity. It ran very smoothly but entirely without seeing staff. Wanaka was wonderful and Springs Lodge lived up to its location"

Not much! Second drawer of dishwasher, handle was broken Sitting areas for each room open onto shared area, so some might feel a lack of privacy, and each one has 2 chairs and a table, but only one cushion (ok not a problem but a bit odd).

"I had a really lovely stay at Tribute Guest House in Lesotho. From the moment I arrived, the service stood out. The lady at reception was incredibly kind and helpful. On my way to the guest house, my car got stuck in the mud, and she went out of her way to call a driver to check on me and assist. She really didn’t have to do that, but she did, and I truly appreciated it. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for my stay. It was a bit cold at times, but that can be forgiven given the area and weather. The location was good and peaceful, which made it easy to relax. The amenities were great, the food was fresh and very enjoyable, and the WiFi worked well the whole time with no connection issues. What I liked most was the genuine care and kindness from the staff, along with how comfortable the stay was overall. There wasn’t much I didn’t like, except for the slight cold in the room. I would definitely book again, especially with my family next time."

Il problema è che no si può pagare con la carta di credito, questo è stato un problema. In banca non si riesce a prelevare, all Aeroporto idem, son dovuto andare all Hotel Sheraton perché hanno un ATM. Non è finita qui... porto i dinari in hotel ma non va bene perché loro con il cambio ufficiale ci rimettono. E volevano un cambio che dicevano loro... avrei dovuto aggiungere altre 150 euro.. ok alla fine gli ho fatto fare un bonifico dalla società dove lavoro...

"We stayed 2 weeks at Finca Sagrada and we had a fantastic time. The owners and the stuff are all very lovely. The Bungalow was clean and had an amazing few on both Vulcanos. They fixed the street up to their place and it is easy acssesable now. Also they offer very nice homegrew/brew coffee. If u like animals, wide views and fresh mountain air we totally recommend their place. Thank you guys again for everything :)"

"We loved our time at Malcolm Lodge. It was perfectly located on such beautiful grounds. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well presented. The staff were friendly and helpful. Paulette went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and allowed us to have friends over that we hadn't seen in 15 years. We were made to feel very welcome."

"Maguy and her husband are excellent hosts. Very friendly, breakfast is a lovely surprise every day with local fruit and dishes, made with love. Peaceful, quiet place where you find your peace. With only 2 rooms you almost are alone in the property and the swimmingpool. As we had our flight in the evening we could enjoy the whole day of the facilities. Magnificent view, a little paradise on earth. The room is very spacious with ensuite bathroom. If we can mention one thing to improve: the shower needs a renovation. Further on make sure you have good products to keep the mosquitos away. But absolutely no reason to stay away from this quiet little gem!"

"The owner was extremely welcoming and helpful, the garden is beautiful, the bungalows are nice. The location is good, neighborhood is silent, but it is a bit away from the busy areas and restaurants, so you need a car (but you need a car on Mahe anyway, so that is ok). There is a tiny, silent beach in 2 mins walk. If you prefer kind, local guesthouse owners and hospitality over luxury hotels, this is your place."

The beds are a bit firm.

"Good location near the main street with bus stop and supermarkets and restaurants. Room is clean and bathroom is newly renovated. Although the room is next to a main street there was no traffic noise. Great with parking included and breakfast included. Good with some cookies and dried wasa bread and coffee is available all day."

The wardrobe in the room was broken, the door cannot be opened. A towel for the floor in the bathroom was missing. The breakfast is a simple business breakfast and not a holiday breakfast buffet. Stairs to come to your room. So if you have luggage it is a bit trouble.

"La struttura si trova in una posizione relativamente comoda (a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro cittadino) per visitare la città. La ragazza alla reception è stata molto gentile e disponibile e sapeva parlare l'inglese. Possibilità di saldare il conto in struttura, sia in contanti che con carta. La struttura aveva dei livelli adeguati di pulizia, vengono forniti asciugamani e anche dei campioncini di shampoo. Come si vede dalle foto, la struttura è un po' datata, tuttavia la trovo adeguata per un soggiorno breve☺️"

La stanza non ha aria condizionata, tuttavia presenta due abbaini sul soffitto che possono essere aperti. In una notte di agosto, tenerli chiusi significava morire di caldo ma tenerne uno aperto significava quasi avere freddo. C'era tuttavia un ventilatore. Un altro difetto è la presenza della moquette che, pur magari essendo pulita, sembra sporca. Nel complesso il livello di pulizia è accettabile. I letti sono molto bassi e un po' duri ma nel complesso abbiamo riposato bene😊

"The place is nicely decorated, very tidy and in a quiet safe area but little far from the sea. For people which like waliking like me is ok. Also can rent bike for free. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok and you could also order some food for lunch at a good price. Manja is an excellent cook and prepares local specialties. Internet was mostly ok. The pool was clean and a very relaxing place to spend time."

Sometimes a problem with taxis. Some of them don't know this place. You have to negotiate the price which can be very diffrent. (from 100 to 500 dalasies).

"Great location in a quiet street very close to the airport. Airport pick up and drop off very easy. Comfortable spacious room with excellent shower. Spotlessly clean and good aircon. Very nice outdoor swimming pool and whole place in a gated secure compound. Basic continental breakfast that you help yourself to in the communal kitchen. Owners are lovely and very helpful. Recommended!"

"Abbiamo dormito per la prima volta in un pub e devo dire che ci è piaciuto tantissimo. Personale gentile, camera spaziosa,pulitissima, bagno e doccia enormi, letto confortevole e poi la colazione ricca di ogni prelibatezza, dalla frutta allo yogurt fino alla tradizionale irish breakfast. Entrambe le sere abbiamo cenato al pub accompagnati da ottima musica live. Da provare,noi sicuramente ci torneremo"
