"Alla reception c'è solo una persona, poco per un hotel di 5 piani, infatti ho dovuto attendere 10 minuti per essere servito. Stessa cosa per l'ascensore: 1 solo per 6 piani di edificio, non è sufficiente. I cuscini sono pessimi: quadrati e spessi, non sono riuscito a riposare bene nonostante la camera fosse perfettamente silenziosa. Il sistema di climatizzazione non è funzionante con la regolazione, ma è completamente random. La colazione è buona e varia, ma il personale di sala è burbero."
