"La struttura é antica ma ristrutturata e conserva il fascino storico di un ambiente vissuto ma con il confort e le qualità di un ambiente moderno. Sicuramente uno dei miei hotel preferiti in cui ho voglia di tornare. Molto positivo il fatto di avere ben due ristoranti diversi in struttura."
"La serratura della camera è stata un po' difficile da utilizzare e ha richiesto un po' di sforzo, e non sembra molto resistente, ma nulla di problematico. Tutto ok nel complesso."

"The Team is one of the friendliest I had the pleasure to be serviced by! Being located right in the Waterloo battleground was fascinating. They take such good care of us. This includes the staff of the adjacent, very good restaurant! Keep it up, Team!"
