The Alcantara Resort is located in the centre of Tournai. Housed in two 200-year-old buildings, the locanda offers all the comforts of a locanda in a warm atmosphere with a ‘home away from home’ feel. Ideally located, leave your car in the car park and enjoy the centre of Tournai on foot. Choose your parking solution: - Esplanade de l'Europe, located a 5-minute walk from the indirizzo, this large car park is completely free and easily accessible from the boulevards. - Q-Park ‘Fort Rouge’, located on the locanda's street, a 1-minute walk away, this underground car park offers you the convenience of a city centre car park at a rate of £10/24 hours. Indulge in our continental breakfast buffet with sweet and savoury hot and cold options, including pastries, juices, hot drinks, homemade cakes, bread, fruit salad, cold meats, cheese and the famous English breakfast with bacon and scrambled eggs. Breakfast hours: Monday - Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. Saturday - Sunday: 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Close to major roads and the train station, make the most of your stay to explore the region. Between Lille, Kortrijk, Ghent, Bruges, Brussels, Ypres, Arras and many others, you'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to extending your stay with us. Our reception opening hours vary depending on the time of year, but even when it is closed, a telephone hotline ensures that our guests can still contact our staff. Guests can arrive at any time thanks to our self-service check-in system. "Ottima accoglienza, camera spaziosa e pulita, colazione varia e abbondante, dispenser gratuito di acqua potabile a disposizione a qualsiasi ora, croissant e pain au chocolat rimasti dalla colazione a disposizione dei clienti. Rimessaggio biciclette gratuito interno alla struttura che si trova a pochi passi dalla Grand Place di Tournai."
"La struttura non dispone di proprio parcheggio, per 10 euro al giorno c'è un parcheggio interrato di fronte allo hotel oppure uno gratuito a circa 7/8 minuti a piedi. Durante il nostro soggiorno l'ascensore non era funzionante, è stato un po' scomodo il trasporto delle valigie."
"Struttura moderna, pulita, accogliente, in pieno centro storico. Facilmente raggiungibile in macchina, con un parcheggio pubblico sotterraneo a pagamento proprio di fronte all'hotel. Ottima la colazione con grande varietà di prodotti. Molto carino lo spazio esterno con tavolini per rilassarsi. Acqua e bevande calde gratuite tutto il giorno."

"Struttura molto bella, curata, pulita e anche gli animali sono tenuti benissimo. La tripla che abbiamo prenotato era spaziosa e pulita. Il gestore è una persona capace e accogliente, pieno di premure, sempre disponibile per fare stare bene gli ospiti e in effetti si respira una bella atmosfera di armonia. Le colazioni erano deliziose, con omelette e crêpes preparate al momento. Ci è dispiaciuto dover andare via e lo consigliamo senza indugio. Attorno è bellissimo, con tante possibilità di passeggiate nei boschi, uscendo dalla struttura c’è anche un allevamento di alpaca. A pochi minuti una ampia scelta di deliziosi ristoranti consigliati dal gestore. Parcheggio comodo."

"We had the large bedroom at the front of the property which was very spacious and well appointed. Delicious breakfast with all fresh produce and many homemade by the owner. Fab, quiet location just outside town which has many places to eat in. Owner is very attentive and even moved his car so we could park a large van. Highly recommend to all and if we are ever back in the area would will be staying again. Claire x"
