"The location was perfect for us, a short walk to the restaurants and bars, secure gated parking was just what we wanted so a real plus."
"We were happy with everything, however if had to pick on anything it would be the incredibly small tv, the size of a small pc screen, the narrow steepish stairs (not the buildings fault) and the kitchen cupboards were a bit strange with small awkward bits of metal to open them."
"Excellent location for any of the sights in Ypres, right next to the ramparts but in a quiet neighbourhood. Helpful and welcoming hosts Fien and Kristof. A lovely quirky well equipped house with 2 bathrooms, a terrace, safe parking and even a friendly cat!"
"While being full of character the exposed wood stairs were noisy and quite steep. Several of us found the beds uncomfortable."
"Met by the host and was shown the property. Beautiful house in a great location, only minutes from town and Menin gate. The kitchen is very well equipped. Just bring your own towels. Ideal for a weekend break, many bars, and places to eat and try the local Belgium beers. We also visited Brugge which wasn't far to drive for the day."

"Locatie, volledige privacy heel groot grasveld waar het verblijf op stond. aan het rand van het dorp klein stukje lopen was je bij het bos achter de chalet. Groot winkelcentrum op 16km afstand in Luxemburg. Accommodatie was erg schoon en netjes. Sauna was ook een meerwaarde!"

"We loved all the little details the host provided. There were little chocolate eggs throughout including on our pillows. She had chilled glasses and a bottle from a local brewery waiting for us in the fridge. It was very clean and welcoming, cozy and beautiful. The place was exactly what we were hoping for - a cozy getaway space to rest and recoup. As much wood as we wanted and we had the fire going the whole time we were there! Also the host provided a water and food bowl for our dog as well as some dog biscuits. There was a large field opposite our rental where we could take our dog to do her business. Easily accessible and very near grocery stores. Highly recommended. Lily could not have been nicer or more helpful. She provided us with loads of information about what activities were available in the area. She is a star host!"
